We are still closely monitoring the number of students with a confirmed case of influenza type A. The percentage of students infected remains low, however we do encourage parents to keep children home if they seem unwell. We continue to encourage good hygiene and healthy practices at school, to reduce the risk of spreading. Please encourage your children to rest well, and eat a balanced diet during this flu season.

Dear KIS community, Regarding the Hot Lunch on January 20, we have decided to make a couple small changes to the ingredients. As a result of a request, we have decided not to use consommé, flour, Worcestershire sauce or ketchup. Instead, we will be using celery and tomato puree.
