Choosing a school is an exciting time for families. Thank you for considering Kyoto International School for your child’s education. This section is designed to answer many of your questions about enrolling at KIS, but it cannot give you the flavour of our vibrant learning community.
We encourage applicants and their parents to visit us here in Kyoto and to spend some time at KIS when classes are in session to fully understand what we can provide, as well as to give you an opportunity to appreciate how KIS may differ from some other more traditional schools. Applicants are welcome to visit classes to get a ‘feel’ for student life, instructional styles, and the social environment at KIS.
