KIS uses the “Storm (Gale and Torrential Rain) Warning”(Boufuu/Boufu Keihou) issued by JMA (www.jma.go.jp), the National Meteorological Agency as the signal to cancel school for the day. The Principal will make this decision by 7a.m.
